On amtion duly seconded* it eas unanimously Resolved* That the action of the President end Assistant Secretary in executing and delivering assignment dated duly 1* 1932, from the has Vegas Land and later Company to Southern Sevada Fever Company* transferring hy sale ownerchip of power distribution pole line* together with franchise rights, extending from right-of-way lina of Lee Angeles 2 Salt Lake Railroad at seat side of Main Street* thence across Main Street and along South aide of Bridger Street to alley between Second and Third Streets, thence southerly along Beet aide of said alley thru alleye in Blocks 21* 22* 23 and 24 to point near Oaroea Street; also the connecting pole line on south side of Bonneville Street from alley between second and Third streets to allay between Third and Fourth Streets; also pole line extending Berth and South from Bonneville in alley between Third and Fourth Streets approximately to Clark and Caress Streets* respectively; said streets, blocks and alleys being more partieularly aet out and delineated on plat of Clark's Laa Vegas Townaite recorded in Book 1 of Plata at Pag# 37, Clark County* sevada, consideration $2,SCO.CO, be* and the same ia hersby ratified* approved and confirmed.
