On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 3736, dated July 11, 1941, extending to and including July 16, 1942, term of letter-agreement, Audit No. 9995, dated July 15, 1939, expiring July 16, 1941, addressed to Mrs. Florence Johnson, covering lease of dwelling house, located at 17 South 4th Avenue, Arcadia, California; consideration $18.00 per month, payable in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
