    levied and assessed upon the option parcel during period January 1, 1946, to June 30, 1946, and paid by the Land Company; and pro­viding that if at any time within five years subsequent to date of said agreement, Land Company desires to sell Lots 57, 58 and 59 in said Union Pacific Tract, Purchaser shall have the option to purchase said lots for an amount equal to the price at which Land Company may be able to soli to other purchasers; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it wa3 RESOLVED, that the action of President Ashby and As3t. Secretary Bachman in executing LS Deed Audit No. 4805, dated March 27, 1946, conveying to Haas, Baruch & Co. 12,230 acres, being portions of Lots 19 and 20 in the Los Angelos Pruitland Association 500 Acre Tract, situated in the City of Vernon, Calif, subject to: 1. General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1945-1946, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith, or any assessment liens for public improvements. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo.: All minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto; Right to enter upon and use a certain surface location, in size 100 ft. x 420.44 ft., refer­red to as "Development Area", for the explora­tion for, removal and disposal of minerals so excepted and reserved; \ -16-
