an— » M I S S o f tHe month Owen Reynolds has compiled an almost unbelievable record as a Union Oil transport driver. He’s piloted the big rigs through traffic-bound Southern California for the past 18 years—nearly 400,000 miles without any kind of accident, even a m arred fender. In recognition of his ability behind the wheel, the California Trucking Association named him its t|Driver of the Month” late last year. According to Terminal Superintendent Don Reed, Reynolds had strong competition for the honor from among Union Oil’s own drivers. Others have nine, 10,11 accident-free years, but, Reed says, “Reynolds has fust had no accidents at all!” IN THIS is s u e : Volume 7 Number 1 m JANUARY 1963 Desert Search f ............................................................ 2 Finger iTalk ..................................................................................................... 6 A Big Stick—The Minuteman.................................................................................. 8 Credit Card C ontest........................... .....................*............»...............................10 Where Rust Doth Corrupt....................................................................................... 12 New Director—Charles B.
