Rehearsals: May 8, 1978 2. Fee: Three-thousand ($3000.) Dollars, payable Five-hundred ($500.) Dollars upon signing, Five-hundred ($500.) Dollars on each week of rehearsal, and the balance prior to the close of the engagement at the Music Hall at Fair Park, Dallas, Texas. 3. Royalty: You shall receive One-percent (1%) of the package fee received by the Seven Brides Company including the packager's portion of any overages thereof. 4. Transportation: You shall receive economy air transportation whenever you are required to be outside your domicile of Los Angeles, California. 5. Per Diem: You shall receive a per diem of Fifty Dollars ($50.) per day whenever you are required to be outside your domicile of Los Angeles, California. 6. Billing: Billing shall be substantially as follows: "Choreography by Jerry Jackson" Size shall be no less than Thirty-five (35%) percent of the title of the play.
