Somewhat to ay surprise, the order w e leeued and X enclose a copy thereof* Frankly, I do not think the Commission will make the order permanent at the hearing on January 22, 195s and it is mite possible that we may be met with some injunction suits by potential subdividers or representatives of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce* However, Mr. Cory advisee that we have stirred up considerable disweeten and it Is very possible that we will get some results from thp water district or even the City of las Vegas itself looking towards purchase of the Water Company* cN ® S Bennett E n d s
