Smith Recommendation for Las Vegas Land and Hater Company authority to construct approximately 670 LF of 8* and 655 LF of 6* oast iron water mains and approximately 20 LF of 6s oast iron fire hydrant connections to serve Morning View Heights Subdivision Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of $5»259*00 chargeable to investment of which I133.OO Is a donation. Mr. L. W® Cochran and Mr. W, a . Taylor Jointly propose to enter into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections at their own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains which is agreed to be the aura of 660.00. In addition Subdividers propose to construct at their own expense, under private contract, 20 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of H 3 3 •00, which amount Is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation.
