HE.* LE.* ABdeanmnseotnt Mr* Ernest A* Seoker of Charleston Heights, Zno*« celled at ay offloe this morning and submitted a revised tentative tract m&p of Charleston Height® Subdivision, L m Vegas, Nevada, and stated that he proposed to file application for water mains to servo units 1, 2 and f of this Subdivision in & day or two, at which. time he would also furnish Subdivision naps' for the'first three units of the Subdivision* While 1 have known for several weeks that he was proceeding with the development of this Subdivision In the field, no contact was made with him with regard to water mains as I had hoped he would delay hie application and submission of maps until after the District takes* over the Water Company; but apparently ho finally woke m to the realisation that he had made no arrangements for water sain® and decided to Gobi© in and talk it over. Mr* Becker stated that Mr. Masson*® office had prepared & plan of pipe lines, pumps, etc., to serve « 1 and M2o wnhtgiocmhe hrey uonf dethres tWoaotde hra Ddi sbtereinc ta*p proIvfe dM,r .b y BMerc*k eJra mlea s cMo.rrect in stating that Mr* Adamson doe® have a plan for water mains to serve a portion of the Charleston Heights Subdivision, I would appreciate if Mr. Adamson would send me at least one copy of these plans in order that I might prepare the estimates and proceed to process through regular channel® hie applications when received for Units 1, 2 and 3* As a matter of information, separate submissions will have to be mad© for Units 1 and 2 combined and for Unit Ho* 3 since there will be different ownerships under these two submissions* Mr. Becker stated that he is now in process of develop-* Ing this Subdivision. In view of all the delays and difficulties he has encountered up to date with respect to getting approvals of the Water Company for water mains to serve his Subdivision which Involved Public Hearing before the Commission about a year ago, I think it advisable to proceed to process his applications for these three units on the teals of routine procedure which I advised him would take no less than two months before all of the necessary approvals and paper work could be completed.
