I agree.LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Crevolin Acquisition (Proposed) 1-1184 The following Work Order Authority approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 53, Authority for Expenditure No. 2, issued February 13, 1968 to cover acquisition of approximately 131 acres of land at Mira Loma, California; required to provide land for future development of industrial sites at this location; the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee approved this expenditure on February 13, 1968, (1968 budget - item No. 2 - amount $855,000). Total estimated expenditure chargeable to Land and Public Improvements $855,000.00 Cancellation issued August 30, 1968 of A. F. E. No. 2 (W* 0. No. 53) for acquisition of approximately 131 acres of land at Mira Loma, California account property is no longer available for purchase, due to refusal of owner to sell property; Work Order 53 is hereby cancelled. Total estimated expenditure chargeable to Land and Public Improvements ($855,000.00) Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H, Bailey in approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority and his subsequent approval for cancellation, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. AdoDted
