    LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Crevolin Acquisition (Proposed) 1-1184 The following Work Order Authority approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 53, Authority for Expenditure No. 2, issued February 13, 1968 to cover acquisition of approximately 131 acres of land at Mira Loma, California; required to provide land for future development of industrial sites at this location; the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee approved this expenditure on February 13, 1968, (1968 budget - item No. 2 - amount $855,000). Total estimated expenditure chargeable to Land and Public Improvements $855,000.00 Cancellation issued August 30, 1968 of A. F. E. No. 2 (W* 0. No. 53) for acquisition of approximately 131 acres of land at Mira Loma, California account property is no longer available for purchase, due to refusal of owner to sell property; Work Order 53 is hereby cancelled. Total estimated expenditure chargeable to Land and Public Improvements ($855,000.00) Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H, Bailey in approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority and his subse­quent approval for cancellation, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. AdoDted
