Such resolution might read substantially as follows: ''Bequest having been made by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for the approval by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, pursuant to provisions of Section 13(a) of that certain contract, etc., of the execution and delivery of easements by the Water Company to the City of Las Vegas for trunk line sewers over, along, and across the following described property (describe property), the following resolution was unanimously adopted: "RESOLVED that the execution and delivery of said easements be and the same is hereby approved, and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company be and the same is hereby authorized to execute and deliver said easements•" As you will note by Mr. Maag's letter, this is a rush job, and I would appreciate the views of you and Mr. McNamee as to how this matter could be readily handled. ,, other alternative, of course, would be to have the City file a condemnation suit, joining the Water Company and getting an Order of Immediate Possession, You will note that apparently the city is not prepared to S t - ® * 1!? r, t?es.? easements which, according to map sub-i° feinhar<3ti i« some instances, Charleston Boulevard, are 50 feet in width, aensdp eicni aoltlhye ra long Instances are 10 to 30 feet in width.
