The District agrees that it will, at its sole cost and expense, and within two years from the sale date, commence and thereafter diligently prosecute to completion the following work: (a) Construct adequate pipe lines to replace the pipe lines referred to in subparagraph (b) of this section, which are to be removed by the District. In the event the District desires to construct said pipe lines along and across the property of Railroad Companies, the District shall have the right to construct said pipe lines in locations shown by broken red and white lines between points marked A and V, V and K, Y and D, and K and E on said Exhibit "A". Said pipe lines constructed along and across the property of the Railroad Companies shall be constructed in accordance with good engineering practice, and the top of said pipe lines shall be at least three (3) feet below the surface of the ground. (b) Remove from the premises of the Railroad Companies the 24-inch cast iron pipe line between points marked A and E, the l6-inch transite and cast iron pipe line between points A and K, and the pipe line between points marked R and HH shown in broken red and black lines on said Exhibit "A" and restore the surface of the lands to the condition existing prior to such removal. (c) Remove the pumping station now located at point HH. The District shall have the right to relocate said pumping station in a new location shown in solid green 3 4 .
