Dear Mr. Smith: Replying to your letter January 33rd regarding rates charged for various services in las Vegas. We furnish, water free for City fire hydrants either practice or actual protection; also for flushing sewers and sprinkling streets. ? Coup rate schedule includes •Schools, public and ground occupying one city block* $10 a month; occupying less than one oity block, $5.50 per month. The rase for hospitals is the same for hotels, first 10 rooms $3.50 and IS# for each additional room with usual charge of 50# for public toilets or baths. Rate on County Court House is $6.35 monthly or $35 per quarter. Water is furnished free to churches and to public buildings belonging, to City of Las Vegas exclusive of public parks.
