Montgomery* Consulting Engineer, 15 Horth Oakland Avenue, Pasadena, California Dear Mr. Montgomerys Please refer to our conversations relative to the Las Vegas Valley Water District abandoning the use of the l6iineh water main between points K and M as shown by solid red line on Exhibit "A" accompanying agreement bet­ween the Railroad Companies, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the District dated June 1, 1953* I understand that the District will construct a 30-inch pipeline between points TTCf and M, as shown by the solid green line on the attached prints of Dwg. 1-128 dated September 13, 1954, for which easement right of way is required* We propose to prepare an agreement substantially as outlined below to supplement the agreement of June 1, 1953* (1) LA&SLRRCo. and Its lessee, Onion Pacific RR Co., to promptly grant to the District an easement 1 5 feet in width for the pipeline from M to DO, shown by solid green line on the attached printf and an easement 15 feet in width for pipeline from TT to VV, shown by solid yellow line on the print.
