Henry and Frances Irene Henry covering Lot lo, Block 2, Tract Mo, I867, Yermo, California. Will you please arrange to deliver to Mr. Henry at which time you should collect $253,60 cov rings Purchase Price, $253*60 Taxes for period November 1, 1952 thru June 30, 1953* i3»6o Mr. Henry's check should be made payable to Las Vegas Land and v/ater Company and forwarded to me for further handling. As you know, several of the former purchasers of land at L&a V'g&s have failed to record their deeds and would you please impress upon Mr. Henry the necessity of recording his deed.
