^investigation and calling upon the parties for such information as the said Board desires.; it being further understood that the arbitration will be conducted pursuant to terms of said contract dated June 24, 1939; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, Audit No. 10075, dated July 16, 1940, with Players' Guild, permitting it to use the living rooms cn second floor of station building at First, Alamitos and Second Streets, Long Beach, California, as temporary quarters, for period of one year, beginning on the 1st day of July, 1940; rental $5.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by this company upon ten days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assist­ant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, Audit No. 10074, dated July 30, 1940, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and A. Meyers, an individual doing business as Western Transportation Company, Lessee, covering lease with privilege of purchase of a portion of Lot 4, Tract No. 207, in Metropolitan District, Los Angeles, California, containing 77,553 sq. ft., located at 5th and Anderson Streets, upon which Lessor agrees to construct at its cost: 1-story warehouse building, 480 ft. in length, 65 ft. in width, with second story offices over easterly 65 foot x 80 foot, containing total floor area of - 15-
