The appointments are based on the organization chart prepared several weks ago, and are aimed at better co-ordination of director responsibility. Bryan Bunker, first vice presi­dent, was made program chair; man; W. J. Moore, second vice president will head promotion service, and other appointments include Otto Underhill, membei"' ship; Howard Hoover, business service; Tom Campbell, building service; R. B. Griffith, industrial service, Vic Shurtliff, agriculture: j Roger Foley, public service; James Cashman, government service; Marion B. Earl, education and re­creation; Bert O’Donnell, clubs, orders and associations; C. S. Wengert, history; A. C. Grant, re­search, and D. C. Sutherland, who holds the office of treasurer, will head the budget committee.
