IAS VEGAS LAND ASP MATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Koppel Bulk Terminal 911-P On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Godfrey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C* L. D. 13965-1, Assignment dated July 25, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Mater Company, Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation, and Koppel Terminal of agreement dated August 4, 1961 identified in the records of the Land Company as Audit 10884, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation, covering lease with option to purchase certain parcels of land together with improvements located thereon, end together with machinery, equipment and chattels described in an inventory dated July 3, 1961 located in the Los Angeles—Long Beech Harbor area, Los Angeles County, California, to Koppel Bulk Terminal, a California corporation, said assignment consenting to Koppel Bulk Terminal permitting Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation to occupy and use all or a portion of the subject property and chattels for a period terminating no later than June 30, 1967, Koppel to indemnify Land Company due to Pacific occupancy, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
