I have furnished the following figures to Mrs. Bearden on the basis of Rule 9 under which the Water Company will construct and Mrs. Bearden will deposit the estimated cost plus 10$ for overhead and supervision as follows: 1 - The portion extending to the Westerly line of Lot 29, $2^16.00. 2 - The portion extending from the Westerly line of Lot 29 to the Southerly line of Lot 13, $715.00. A total of $3131. In addition to the estimated cost to her as indicated above will be $175.00 for fire hydrant connection which will result in a total of $3306.00. I advised Mrs. Bearden that the Water Company is making no committment whatsoever as to the construction of these lines since before any committment can be made, it would be necessary for me to secure the approval of our executives as well as the approval of the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
