Franklin T. Hamilton, Esq. 2. May 15, 1953 I believe the revised pages 3 and 4 of Exhibit "F” are in accordance with our previous conversations. I am also enclosing a rough draft of Exhibit "GM,which 1 shall be able to complete as soon as Mr. Montgomery has agreed with Mr. Adamson as to the engineering and operating records of the Railroads which will be turned over to the District, I should like to meet with you on Monday, if possible, to put this contract in final form. In view of the public statements in the press and the political situation Mr. Reinhardt is insistent that the agreement be executed by June 1st. As I told you over the telephone, it will be necessary to send the map exhibits out to be reproduced, and I should like to have a clearance from you that they are satisfactory to you as soon as possible. Very truly yours, Edward C. Renwick ECRtMSB Ends.
