Tour Escrow Ho. 12-1905 Gentlement The undersigned, as attorney for the L»s Vegas Valley Water District, has examined that certain Preliminary Report Ho. LV- 35569 of the Pioneer Title Insurance & Trust Company, on certain real property vested in the name of Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The undersigned has also examined a letter of instructions and transmittal from the First National Sank of Nevada to the Pioneer Title Insurance & Trust Company, wherein certain documents were enclosed and instructions given the Title Company regarding the recording of said documents, and the issuance of a policy of title insurance in the amount of §267,650.00# Please be advised that pon the behalf of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, all of the exceptions as described in said Preliminary Report Ho. LV-35569 are acceptable to the water district, save and excepting Exception Ho. 2 regarding 1953 taxes.
