I agree.eoo-a T89e*ON XH/X1 SS:iT 86/11/20 *ac\i m /^\ to produce, create, stage and direct two Productions commencing with the Initial Production to be opened simultaneously with the opening of the MGSM Grand Hotel, estimated at this time to be in late 1973 or early 1974. Each Production shall run for a minimum period of twelve (12) months* This Agreement shall be for a term commencing January 1, 1973 and ending on the date of the closing of the second Production ?֪ 2# ARDEN agrees to produce, create, stage and direct to the best of his ability two consecutive Productions to play at the MGM Grand Hotel and ARDEN further agrees to use his best efforts to obtain, on behalf of the COMPANY, the best assistance available which is necessary to the Productions* All cast, crew, technical, and other personnel required for the Productions will be selected by iURDES, subject to the approval of the COMPANY* 3. ARDEN shall be responsible for all aspects of the Productions, including, without limitation, music, lyrics, cos~ tumes, sets^ casting and concepts. The COMPANY shall have the right of final approval of all aspects of the Productions for which ARDEN is responsible* 4.
