Mr. K nickerbocker: A p r il 1, 1936. a very peculiar position, and I can foresee that in the summer months when we find our reservoir almost drained and a marked shortage of pressure and water to the consumers, there w ill he an immediate howl from the entire populace and a refusal on the part of a great many to pay their monthly water rent. You are fam iliar with the exchange of correspondence on this subject la s t year, at which time it was decided not to expend the amount necessary for a new w ell, hut I wish to emphasize the fact that conditions are much worse this year and w ill continue to he as the summer progresses.
