I agree.L* A* V M t t t Referring to your letter of August 30th, m e BD 1-18 r egarding delinquent accounts* As advised In my letter of July 2nd, we commenced sending out delinquent notices and are continuing to do ao* During August sore than 850 such notices were nailed and to date we hare had remittances from in excess of 7 5 #, During. August our collections exceeded §24,000 and while we have not completed Form 26, I anticipate the uncollected accounts as of August 31, 1951# will be reduced to approximately 325,000* So far this month we have taken in approximately §6,000, a considerable paction of which is creditable to the uncollected accounts as of August 31, 1951, which will further reduce the uncollected balance* As regards the statement attached to your letter, these accounts are among those we have been concentrating upon and to date approximately one-half have been brought up to date or partial payments made* We are and will continue to mail delinquency notices and take such other steps as may be necessary to bring delinquent accounts up to date* Las Vegas - September 10, 1951 ¥• H.
