    On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement', dated’March 23, 194-2, addressed to Crown Packing Co. and Union Ice Company, Los Angeles, Calif., making applicable for period from December 1 , 194-1, to and in- ? eluding November 30, 194-3; the terms and conditions of letter-agreement, Audit No. 10052-1, dated January IS, 194-0, between said parties, relating to the installation and removal of certain icing equipment in that portion of Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, California, leased to Crown Packing Co., said period being the term of lease, Audit No. 10106, as extended by rider C.L.D. No. 4-076, dated December 1, 194-1, between LVL&WCo. and Crown Packing Co. covering said space; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease, Audit No. 10211, dated August 10, 194-2, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Pacific Coast Waste Paper Corporation, Lessee, covering the northerly 100 ft. of the southerly 300 ft. of Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the handling and distribu­tion of waste paper; rental $50 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon, in executing agreement, N.L.D. -2-
