I realize that on account of the present conditions in Las Vegas it may he difficult to secure an understanding upon the matter of expansion of water service until some later date. I expect to he in Las Vegas on the afternoon of August 24th, en route for Santa Fe, New Mexico, to attend a meeting of the Colorado River Commission, at which time I will endeavor to see you.
