Los Angeles - March 16 , 1956 Mr. W. H. Johnson - Los Angelesi Referring to your letter of February 28, 1956, your file 733^» concerning proposed easement to Las Vegas Valley Water District for water pipe line. Attached for your approval and further handling to execution are duplicate originals and four extra copies of Easement "N"L.D. No. 2995 covering 15-foot strip of land in the NWv of the NEir of Section 33» T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M.D.B.&M. Law Department advises said Easement may be executed on behalf of the Railroad Company by the President, pursuant to Sec. 5» Article V, of the UPRR By-Laws, and Sec. 2, Article V, of the LA&SL By-Laws, attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary and acknowledged before a Notary Public. Mr. C. M. Cory is now preparing easement covering the 80-foot wide parcel of land for roadway purposes between Charleston Boulevard and Bonanza Road which is proposed to be granted to the City of Las Vegas.
