\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing C.L.D. No. 2l).59-10, dated October 15, 1953, extending to October 31, 195^, term of lease agreement Audit No. 9982, dated April 28, 1939, expiring October 31, 1953, with Randolph Marketing Company, Lessee, covering lease of packing house, located at Truslow and Malden Avenues, Fullerton, California; rental $318.97 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Assignment C.L.D. No. 897U-2 dated October 29, 1953, by ¥. J. Mazzetti, Max L. Cardey and Mel Alexander, a co-partnership doing business as Krinard Packing Company, of all interest to Blue Banner Company, Inc., effective November 1, 1953, in lease C.L.D. No. 8971+, C. A. No. 10l|95 dated December 23, 19U8, of garage at Riverside, California, leased to Russell G. Krinard, W. J. Mazzetti, Max L. Cardey and Mel Alexander, a co-partnership doing business as Krinard Packing Company, which was assigned by agreement C.L.D. No. 10307 effective November 1, 19ij-9, to W. J. Mazzetti, Max L. Cardey and Mel Alexander, a co-partnership doing business as Krinard Packing Company, and thereafter extended by agreement C.L.D. No. 897^-3 dated September 1+, 1953, to October 31, 1958; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: -3
