Mr. Bracken's rep o rt covers blocks 23, 24, 25 and 26 in C la rk 's Las Vegas Townsite, and the property sold to Mr, Van Santongue i s in block 35, w h ile the property sold to Mr. May i s in Hawkins Addition and Buck's Sub-d iv is io n . W ill you k in d ly arrange to have these sales included in the qu a rterly rep o rts so that the records w i l l be com­p le te . The omission o f these items g iv e s the impression, which o f course may be a mistaken one, that Mr. Bracken's rep orts are not complete in other resp ects, nor c a r e fu lly prepared.« I am rather embarrassed, as no doubt you are, to have the President c a ll our a tten tio n to a matter o f th is kind, and in view o f the fa c t that he had occasion several months ago to ques­tio n accuracy o f your q u a rterly statements coverin g sales o f lo t s and company houses, i t i s rather d i f f i c u l t to understand why the two cases in question should have been om itted from your la s t q u a rterly statement. W ill you please promptly furnish me with necessary explanation to enable answering Mr. G ray's le t t e r ?
