McColley and Hollie Vowell, a partnership, doing business as V. M. & K. Transit Mix, whose address is 1606 Industrial Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. One of the conditions in the contract was that the property owners procure, upon execution of the Industry Track Contract, an easement granting to the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company a right of way over, along and across the triangular parcel of land as shown on Exhibit "A " attached to the Industry Track Contract and as shown on Dwg. M. & K . with my letter of June 8, 1954> with request that the Industry handle with Herman Wills and Irene Wills, owners of the property involved, to execute the easement, in duplicate, and return it to me. This has not been done although I traced V . M. & K . on June 29th. zb I understand Mr. Herman Wills is employed by Young and Smith, whose plant Is located just north of the V. M. & K.
