MEMO T O T H E COMPANY The Commission has, after a somewhat thorough investigation of the water resources in the Las Vegas Valley, come to the conclusion that the peak of supply of available water has probably been reached. Any extensions in the quantity to be made available for use in Las Vegas must come from wells already drilled and acquired by purchase if the total flow now appropriated and used is not to be diminished.
