Foss Clark, Special Committee, Bear Sirs: 1 enclose (to Mr. Clark) correspondence in regard to build® ing a packing house at Fiveraide, to be occupied by A. L. flood!11, together with Forms 30, Los Angeles Division Nos. 6-1079 and 6-1089, cover1 . in& the construction of the building and the equipment of same with machinery. It will be noted from Engineer Millars latter of September 14th, that the difference between the oost of the machinery as given in my letter of July S2Snd, to the Committee, and the cost shown on the Form 30 is due to the fact that there was omitted from the preliminary estimate, a washer, dryer and some miscellaneous tools and trucks.
