D. BAKER, Mayor NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: C. D. BAKER, Mayor and to WENDELL BUNKER, E. W. FOUNTAIN, HARRIS P. SHARP, REED WHIPPLE, Commissioners and A. H. KENNEDY, City Manager, ROBERT W.
