Rouse relating to escrow instructions for sale of the Las Vegas Water System to the Las Vegas.. ValX&Y Water District on page 2 of which he comments on the possible allocation of some portion of the purchase price to be paid by the District to the Railroad Companies as consideration for the granting of certain easements for water lines qnd power lines. I am of opinion that a portion of the consideration to be received for the water facilities should be allocated to the Railroad Companies for the easements which are to be granted as listed in subparagraphs (k-l) to (k-5 ), inclusive and (k-7 ) to (k-llj-), inclusive of paragraph (k) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement dated June 1, 19j?3* Will you please therefore furnish me the estimated present market value of the easement strips so that proper allocation to the Railroad Companies of a portion of the consideration to be received for the water facilities may be made?
