P. Tract, Los Angeles, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider OLD No. 8544-2, dated March 7, 1951, extend­ing to and including March 31, 1952, term of lease Audit No. 10453, dated April 1, 1948, expiring March 31, 1951, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Garfield Chemical and Manufacturing Corporation, Lessee, assigned December 31, 1949, to L. D. Lansdale, covering lease of trackage and site for office and tanks for storage of sulphuric acid, located at Los Angeles, California (East Yard); rental $75 per annum, payable in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed,, On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N"LD 2453, dated April 26, 1951, between LVL&WCo., called ‘'Company", and Peter Clos and Cuba Clos, called "Subdivider", covering construction of ap­proximately 439 lin. ft..of 6" cast iron water main to serve a - 3 -
