P. Tract, Los Angeles, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider OLD No. 8544-2, dated March 7, 1951, extending to and including March 31, 1952, term of lease Audit No. 10453, dated April 1, 1948, expiring March 31, 1951, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Garfield Chemical and Manufacturing Corporation, Lessee, assigned December 31, 1949, to L. D.
