In connection with a water main extension fro® & connection with our existing main near 19th Street and Sunrise Avenue to serve property north of Fremont Street in a south easterly direction, as indicated by yellow line on attached map dated March 9# 1953 1 understand from Mr®, Vera Love that your company will act as trustee in all matters concerning the property owners involved In the construction o f this line, if constructed pursuant to provisions of Nevada Public Service Commission Buie 9. If you art to act m Trustee as outlined above, please so advise and furnish me with a complete list of names of all parties which will be included In Trusteeship, so that I may include them in formal agreement which will be prepared by the Water Company. We estimate that It will require 1610 LF of o* oast iron water sains to serve the property. The estimated cost of constructing the mains is 16220, which amount, pursuant to Nevada Public service Commission Rule 9, will be subject to refund. To provide adequate fire protection, city authorities require the Installation of two (2) fire hydrants. The estimated cost o f constructing t * oast iron water lines to these hydrants Is $350, which amount is not subject to refund. In addition, it will be necessary that you secure from the City, at your own expense, two (2) fire hydrant®, the cost of which will likewise not be subjset to refund.
