Hamilton, 1100 *K* Street, during period October. 19.4® throt^h July, 1949, at which time water was shut off account building destroyed by fire. Account uncollectible as whereabouts of Hr. Hamilton are unknown. Covers service to Uncle Andy's Chow shop, 501 J&okson, during period April through August, 1949. Water service was discontinued at that time account building was destroyed by fire. Account uncollectible as where­abouts of occupant is unknown. As there appears to be no prospect of collecting any of these accounts, X recommend the amounts be written off, ¥. if. Johnson I concur in the above recommendations. General Attorney — Nevada
