    ^ i n executing letter-agreement, C. A. No, 10151, dated October 31, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J. Rhoads, covering the construction and laying of 1210 feet, more or less, of 6” cast iron water main through the alleys in Blocks 7 and 10 of Fairview Tract and Block 4 of Grandview Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, to serve 125-unit Government hous-r ing project for Army officers in Grandview Addition; Water Company, without cost to said W. J. Rhoads, to furnish all necessary pipe, valves, fittings, meter and material,•FOB cars Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1360; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, C. L. D, 3908, dated November 26, 1941, extending to January 31, 1944, term of lease, Audit No. 9323, dated August 17, 1934, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Wilbur-Ellis Company, Lessee, expiring by extension January 31, 1942, covering site for warehousing and manufacturing purposes, located on Mission Road near Macy Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $3,000.00 per annum, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Bracken in executing letter-agreement, dated November 29, 1941, be­tween Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J.
