Mr. A. M. Folger: | ' I (CC—Mr. Charles Adams) With my letter of April 28th I sent you for delivery to Messrs. Garside and Cahlan, among other papers, their fully executed counterpart of HN#L.D. No. 2026, under which LVL&WCo. grants to them option to purchase an additional 100-ft. Main Street frontage, Las Vegas, Nevada. Section 1 of the agreement provides that the option shall commence upon date of delivery of the executed agreement to them. Kindly advise me date the document was delivered, sending a copy of your reply to Mr. Charles Adams for his information in connection with billing taxes under the contract.
