I don't think the k.JS should be reduced, but you may think It advisable to change the filing to the Water Co. rather than part to the Railroad and part to the Water Co. I suggest keeping the appropriation up for all of these wells. we find that putting the present flowing wells on pump will more than double the production, and the day fiaay come when, through demand for water, we may desire to place all of them on pump, and, X have set up the proposed filing figures accordingly.
