Mack: Referring to WO-4500 approved March 14, 1950, authorizing thle construction of 1520 feet of 12" transite pipe water line from Well #8 to settling basin serving Charleston Boulevard reservoir at Las Vegas, Nevada. Herewith 2 copies of my requisition 64-35 dated March 21st covering material required for this project which is to be accounted for through M.O.H. I am also attaching 3 prints each showing alignment and profile of the new pipe line. Will you please arrange to make the installation with division forces and aocount for the material by rendering Forms 502-1 as it is used.
