November 18, 1948 a 2-io4 Gibbons ft Read 259 West 3rd South Salt Lake City, Utah Gentlemens Referring to your letter September 3 regarding le&ae eouth of Bon&nsa Road, Lae Vegas, which expiree September 30, 1948s In conversation with Hr, Henry Helton of the Olof Helton Construction Company today, he advises the large building has been removed from the premises and the smaller one will be moved within the next day or two. However, there le some additional equipment on the property which I believe belongs to you, consisting of a large hopper, cement finisher and one truck body, which 1 assume you will remove In due course. We are leasing the easterly 100 feet to Dave Wolsinger who is operating a Junk Yard on the adjoining property and he wishes to relocate his fence to include his entire lease-hold.
