    line of Brookhurst Avenue, situated in Fullerton, Calif.; subject to; 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1952-1953; 2 - An easement for road purposes over the West 30 feet included in Brookhurst Road and as reserved in the deed from Alfred Robinson, Trustee, to Henry D„ Polhemus, recorded August 3, 1894 in Book 30, page 395 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County; 3 - The reservation for road purposes in favor of James A. Schulte and Bertha Schulte, their successors and assigns, of a strip of land 15 feet wide along the Northerly boundary of said Lot Four; 4 - An easement over that portion of above described land now included within Valencia Drive; 5 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, with­out right of entry; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider nN ”LoD,, 1684-5, dated October 13, 1952, terminating effective November 14, 1952, lease agreement Audit NOo 10374, dated August 1, 1946, expiring October 31, 1954, with Bert Webb, Lessee, covering portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Clark’s Las Vegas Townsite, Las Vegas, Nevada; said agreement having been assigned on November 28, 1950, by Bert Webb, Assignor, to C. C c McDaniel, Assignee; be, and the same is -2-
