No, 656-12, dated December 22, 1965 extending to and including January 31, 196S Contract Audit No* 9323 dated August 17, 1934, expiring by latest extension January 31, 1966, with Wi1bur-Ellis Company,covering site for warehousing and manufacturing purposes, near Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, rental $250.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, subject to termination by either party upon thirty days written notice, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
