A,» and S. L . Railroad Company, et al, No. 65446, Department No. 2. Mr. Cory appeared for all the defendants and has a stipulation allowing defendants twenty days after City demands an answer, in which to further appear, and on behalf of the defendants consented that the City might have immediate possession of the parcels involved.
