Montgomery (2) w/1 Print Dear Mr. Campbell: In connection with additions to the property of the Water Company, the cost of which will be added to the basic purchase price under the terms of contract for sale of the Water System to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am sending you, herewith, one copy of our "Detail of Estimated Expenditures" covering construction of the following described project, which it is proposed to construct under the conditions noted on the face of the estimate. Construct 3476 LF of 8" and 3088LF of 6" cast iron water mains and 80 LF of 6" Fire Hydrant connections to serve Hyde Park, Tract #2. I am also sending you herewith, one copy of our drawing B-617, dated April 21, 1953 showing location of proposed pipe lines. If you agree that the inclusion of the cost of the above project may be properly added to the basic purchase price under the contract mentioned above, will you please indicate your approval in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, which is sent you in duplicate and return to me.
