3248 - QUIT CLAIM DEED of Easement covering Parcel 1 of Easement Strip Mo. 5 described in Deed Audit #5352 heretofore given to Las Vegas Valley Water District. I960, with which I forwarded duplicate originals and three (3) copies of proposed Quit Claim Deed "N"L.D. 3248, being a quit claim of easement covering Parcel 1 of Easement Strip Mo. 5 in Las Vegas heretofore granted to Las Vegas Valley Water District in Deed Audit #5352, to be handled in con­junction with proposed "N’l.D. 3247. said Quit Claim Deed and I have therefore revised the sane using the correct description previously furnished to me by Me. Hammill. approval as to form, please forward the sane to Mr. Hannuli 1 for further handling in conjunction with "N"L,D, 3247. Said document should be executed by the President and attested by the Secretary of the Las Vegas Valley Water District with the seal of said District placed thereon, and the sane should be notarized before a Notary Public for the purpose of record­ation. I will appreciate your returning to me all copies j of proposed HN"L.D. 3248 transmitted with my letter of Sep- tember 8, 1960, and am requesting Messrs.
