A-1058, Wisconsin stations in Groups A, B and C of above tariff to stations in Central Freight Association Territory. - Present, rates as published in Item 630-B, W. F. T. B. Tariff 49-K, E. B. Boyd’s I. C. C. No. A-1068; proposed, (1) to publish rates on Wrapping Paper, etc., as described in Note 2 based on lowest combination; (2) to maintain rates on Writing" Paper, etc., described in Note 3 on basis not lower than are published on Paper covered by Note 2; (3) readjustment of rates from Minnesota Mills should be made simultaneously with the readjustment of rates from Wisconsin Mills on Wrapping Paper, etc. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 1, 1920) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: (1) That rates^be revised on Wrapping Paper, Printing Paper, etc., as described in Note 2, Item 630-B, of Agent E. B. Boyd's Freight Tariff 49-K, I. C. C. A-1058, based on the lowest combination through junctions between eastern and western lines; below being shown rates in cents per 100 lbs. to representative points resulting from the application of this basis. Rate check tp be convened to provide for rates to other points not included in the above list covered by the above item in tariff referred to. (2) That rates on Writing Paper, as published in Agent E. B. Boyd's Freight Tariff No. 49-K, from Wisconsin points to G. F. A. territory, be advanced to rates recommended above on Wrapping Paper.
