    f Las Vegas - November 20, 1953 W 16->13 V 2>1-127 SDteaptaer tomfe ntN evoaf daH ighways 1200 North Main Street Lae Vegas, Nevada Attentions Mr. W, 0, Wright Division Engineer Gentlemen: Please refer to my letter dated August 13, 1953# requesting a permit in the name of the Las Yeg&s Land and Water Company for the construction of an 8* o&at iron water main in Charieeton Boulevard between 13th and 15th Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada. In compliance with my request, you issued a revocable permit executed by Department of Highways on August 27, 1953* to which was attached an exhibit showing proposed relocation of water main on Charleston Boulevard Station E 160 plus 05 to Station 16? plus 90. Subsequent to receipt of this permit, we again discussed the location of proposed new 8 water main, and it was your suggestion, in which I concurred, that the location of proposed new water main be changed from 28* south of the center line of Charleston Boulevard to a distance of kj' south of the center line of Charleston Blvd. It was agreed at that time that I would hold up the execution of the revocable permit previously issued by you until such time as the line has actually been placed, after which I would furnish you with a drawing showing the actual location of the proposed line "as constructed*. The new 8* water main has now been installed and I am furnishing you herewith two prints of “as constructed
