LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY « RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Haramill in executing letter agreement bearing C.L.D. 15642, dated December 21, 1966 with Williams Waterproofing & Painting Company, covering proposal to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and all other items required to replace a portion of the roof on the Land Company Warehouse at 3251 Leonis Blvd., Vernon, California, work to be performed to satisfaction of Land Company and shall be guaranteed two years for lump sum consideration of $5,739.54, agreement effective December 9, 1966, work to be completed within 60 days, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
