Sutton relative to sale of bonds by Las Vegas Valley Water District and consummating the sale by LVL&WCo to the Water District of water production and distribution facilities at La3 Vegas: in his telegram J-21 of February 15>th relative to rendering closeout reports promptly upon completion of each project covering LVL&W work orders. Please so handle. so that he can expedite preparation of ”As Constructed” prints as soon as you furnish construction data.
